the staff was genuinely helpful. they offered detailed directions and advice for local attractions. the complimentary hot drinks machine in the lobby was a very nice touch (i used it quite often!). i found it very convenient.
the stairs were quite steep, especially with luggage.

The staff were beautiful. The location was perfect. The bathroom was newly renovated and had very nice showers.
The room we were given was far too small for two people. It was called the Vasco Da Gama room and was the smallest in the building. There was barely room to put down two suitcases and it seemed like a box. It would be fine for one person, but not ok for two.

i found the tram stop outside the building very useful (it made getting around easy). the staff offered great advice on local attractions. i appreciated the supermarket across the road. the room included a kettle and tea, a welcome touch.

We enjoyed our stay very much. the staff were particularly helpful. Nur provided us with a map, transport advice, and dining suggestions. the beds were very comfortable in our triple room with garden view. i felt safe during my three-night stay. the location near the anne frank house was ideal for exploring.
i found the stairs to be very steep. it was somewhat challenging to manage them, especially with luggage.
